Does it need servicing?

Like most electrical appliances, occasional maintenance is essential to keep the product in good working order.  Other than the blade itself, the Mastercut cordless trimmer has very few wearable parts.  As such, routine cleaning and oiling are the only things to be concerned with.  The built-in lithium battery pack is made for ease of use and, being high capacity, requires only partial top-ups to maintain reliable and consistent run-times.  The estimated life of the battery pack is 2-3 years (300-500 charging cycles) with normal use.  When needed, the Mastercut cordless trimmer can be charged using the convenient stand or, by plugging the power adapter directly into the base of the trimmer.
