Servicing Needs
Annually / Every 1000 hours Our servicing team will completely strip the dryer down and check all of the electrical components including the wear on the carbon brushes. All internal parts of the dryer will be cleaned of any dust and dog hair. This includes a complete strip down of the motor – so hair and dirt can’t overheat the dryer and put the motor at risk. If any faults are found and parts need changing, such as elements, switches, housing or motors we will always contact you with a quote before undertaking any work.
To make a servicing appointment simply call us on 01354 691830.
Warning
Humidity Dryers don’t like humid conditions – which can cause problems when bathing and drying needs to take place in the same space. We encourage all our customers to make sure work places are well ventilated and that any dryer is stored and used in dry air conditions.
Tracey Emson –
Just love this dryer. As a new groomer I couldn’t afford a finishing dryer too but invested in a good combi. Fantastic power and hot and cold setting and I can turn the volume down to finish and dry faces.

Purchased as a replacement to an old other brand Blaster/Dryer with adjustable volume & heat settings which expired after 10 years. I only have 3 show dogs, so will not be overused.
Pro : Good build quality. Feels substantial. Lack of adjustable heat setting is not an issue as the heat setting is great for finishing drying.
Con : The two switches (on/off and heat) are VERY close together. This combined with being behind a plastic protector makes it very easy to click both at the same time, especially if you are just reaching for the switches rather than swinging the unit round to view them. Would be better if they were 5mm apart to make it easier for the user.
The blaster hose is tricky to secure/tighten on the machine. Any air speed over the mid setting stands a risk of it blowing off. As a result, gave up using the blaster function at anything getting close to maximum volume.
