Annually / Every 1000 hours Our servicing team will completely strip the dryer down and check all of the electrical components. The impellor, fan housing and nozzle will all be cleaned of any dust and dog hair – so hair and dirt can’t overheat the dryer and put the motor at risk. If any faults are found and parts need changing, such as elements, switches or motors we will always contact you with a quote before undertaking any work.

Humidity Dryers don’t like humid conditions – which can cause problems when bathing and drying needs to take place in the same space. We encourage all our customers to make sure work places are well ventilated and that any dryer is stored and used in dry air conditions.

I have to say these are fantastic dryers, I had one for over 30 years and no trouble at all, Wonderful dryers, they come in fantastic colours which are limited at the moment I believe, in my opinion they do a wonderful job as a finishing dryer, I show 2 standard poodles, both champions and one International Champion, I breed and show Standard poodles and LOVE LOVE the finish with these amazing dryers, I have been a London trained professional grooming since 1982, City & Guilds LCGI these were the dryers of the future and I believe they still are, look no further and the service from Simpsons is always first class
